Click “Triggering” field:

 

Then click “All pages” if you want the signal to appear on all pages:

 

Otherwise, adjust the exclusions:

 

Click “Save”:

 

Name the tag and click “Save” again.

Then click “Submit”:

 

Add a descriptive name and detailed description of the changes if you need and click “Publish”:
