To add the Sales Pop on your website, click on "Apps" and choose "Sales Pop"(1) then, on the next page, click on "Create new"(2):

Customize design. Choose a template type, colors, icon, and position of the widget on your website:

 

In the "Content" tab, you can edit all content of the widget:

 

In the "Location" tab, you can specify devices on which the widget will display on and set the rules. If you need more accurate customization, use regular expressions. See the regular expressions cheat sheet.
